URL Parser

The URL Parser breaks any link into its parts: the protocol, host, port, path, query string, and fragment, so you can see exactly what is inside it. That level of structure is hard to keep track of in a long URL, where a query or hash section can hide tracking parameters or a malformed value. Use it when you are debugging a redirect, checking what arguments a link carries, or rebuilding a URL piece by piece. The tool runs locally in your browser, so the links you inspect are never sent anywhere. A URL is a structured string with several distinct parts, and long links hide that structure behind length. The scheme says how to reach the resource, the authority carries the host and sometimes a port and credentials, the path identifies the resource itself, the query string passes parameters, and the fragment points at a location inside the returned document. Reading those parts back out is the fastest way to answer practical questions: which parameters is this link actually carrying, is there a tracking value in the query that should be stripped before sharing, and does the fragment mean the browser will jump somewhere after loading. It matters during redirect work as well, because the difference between a path change and a query change determines how caches and bookmarks behave, and a malformed component explains a request that never arrives where intended. Rebuilding a URL piece by piece is the companion task, since constructing one from its parts guarantees each component is placed correctly rather than assembled by string concatenation. The tool works in the browser, so links that contain tokens are never transmitted.
